Terms and conditions of use for licensed electronic resources

The rights to the texts and contributions (databases, scientific collections, periodicals, articles) signed by their authors belong to the authors themselves. Permanent or temporary, whole or partial reproduction by any means and in any form is forbidden without the written consent of the publisher (or of the person who holds the rights), unless expressly stated or in presence of a Creative Commons (CC) license.
 
It is possibile to store a copy of an electronic resource (texts and contributions) exclusively for personal study and research use.
 
The electronic resources can not be sent by email to unauthorized users.
 
It is strictly forbidden to download massively the electronic resources using softwares or other automated devices. By contract, the electronic resources must be downloaded individually.
 
In case of violation of the terms of use from a device connected to the University's network, the IP address used will be temporarily disabled for access to the publisher that has reported the violation.
 
The consultation of the electronic resources determines the acceptance of the terms and conditions of use.
 
The authentication system for access from home A-Zproxy is based on an authentication and access software developed by OCLC and distributed in Italy by IFNET SRL (EZproxy), managed by the SBS Center and the InfoSapienza Center for the technical part, which can be accessed, without any registration, by students and staff of Sapienza University of Rome, students and staff of Unitelma Sapienza.
